Publish AI-built Android apps without a paid developer account

TL;DR: Google will let adult users in the US and select other countries upload AI-created Android apps through Google AI Studio without a paid developer account.

Why it matters: This removes a friction point for solo makers and small teams who build with AI. You can test app ideas and reach Android users faster. Faster launches mean quicker feedback and earlier revenue.

What to do:

• Sign up for Google AI Studio and explore its Android export path.
• Prototype a focused utility that automates a common freelance or small-business task.
• Optional: Prepare a simple privacy notice and a monetization plan (one-time fee, subscription, or in-app purchase).
